environment variable are missing

SPACK and MPI are not working after existing, restarting, and re-entering the container. Some environmental variables are missing from .bashrc:
export OMPI_ALLOW_RUN_AS_ROOT=1
export OMPI_ALLOW_RUN_AS_ROOT_CONFIRM=1
source /opt/spack/share/spack/setup-env.sh
source /opt/spack-environment/activate.sh

Maybe those should be included while creating docker image?

Thanks for bringing this up @sylitw. PR #6 will fix this. I didn't realize that the entrypoint wasn't called when restarting the container.

@sylitw this issue should be fixed in the latest dev build. Also, be aware that the dev build should be building weekly again, so make sure to save a local copy of the version of the image you are currently working with if you want a stable container.
