Remove unneeded packages (like ant) from our various  docker builds

Remove build/compile tools from our builds that use rpms and WAR files to install the software. I'm looking at you, ant...

We also see the situation where there are multiple version of python and java installed on our docker images. Let's see if we can get that down to a single version of each.
