Japanese characters in some Designer.cs files

Question 1
I was doing a code comparison between the latest UA-.NET-Legacy-master.zip and the code base from UA-.NET-master.zip 11/08/2017 (commit 2597151 on Sep 27, 2017), and the following two files have changed from English comments to Japanese comments:
.\ComIOP\Wrapper\ServerWrapper\Properties\Settings.Designer.cs
.\ComIOP\Wrapper\ServerWrapper\Properties\Resources.Designer.cs

They look pretty cool. I'm not sure if this needs to be considered an issue or not, and I don't want to culturally bias anything.

Also, why is the current version
UA-.NET-Legacy-master.zip
and the older version mentioned above
UA-.NET-master.zip

Question 3
When will the fixes and changes that have accumulated since Sept. 2017 be merged into the latest release (UA-.NET-Legacy-master.zip)

Hello @SoftwareDave ,

This "UA-.NET-Legacy" will not be further maintained by OPC Founadtion with new features and releases.
The stack from https://github.com/OPCFoundation/UA-.NETStandard will be the official .NET Stack provided by OPC Foundation.
