Description
New Header in Design System must include the "Menu" button. Once user clicks on it, menu content is revealed.

Menu button sits within the Header on the right and is aligned with the content of the page.

If any additional button (for example Search) is part of the Header, Menu button shifts to the left to accommodate the other button.

Hight of the Header is 72px.

Revealed Menu contains 2 sections:

Top section can contain up to 3 columns. User can add 1, 2 or 3 columns. Each column have a header and under it contains hyperlinks.
Lower section can contain up to 3 columns. Each column can have up to 3 sub-sections. There is no limit in the number of lines in each column and there is not constrain on the number of digits on each line. Sub-sections will have a header and under it hyperlinks.
Spacing between columns is the same as in Footer component.

In mobile view all the columns stack in one column, same behaviour as in Footer.

Break point is 740 px (medium).

If the text in the link is longer it will wrap up.

Number of column in top section needs to match number of columns in the bottom section.
