Remove unnecessary precision?

@tomkralidis I totally agree. The excessive precision was a hidden side-effect of Inkscape's approach and flexibility. The original intent was to simplify the coordinate values to be rounded to integers, to make display in pixel orientated systems simple too.

@tomkralidis I suspect that before we can reduce the precision to something realistic, we would have to remove all or most transformations first, as we would have no control over the output of an SVG transformation in client code, and more importantly, the transforms probably need high precision to obtain acceptable results.
