Delegate Signing in Sign OCA

First, I would like to thank you for your continuous work on the Sign OCA module; it has been extremely helpful.

I would like to suggest a new feature: Delegate Signing. This would allow a user to sign on behalf of another authorized user, which is particularly useful for situations where someone is temporarily unavailable but their approvals or signatures are still required.

If possible, it would be great to include configurable permissions so that only specific users can delegate signing rights, ensuring security and proper tracking in the system.

I believe this feature could significantly enhance the usability of Sign OCA in organizations where multiple users share signing responsibilities.
