Now viewtopic is accessible but we have this part of viewtopic on a white page without css:

Hello

Impossible to acces viewtopic.php
When you post a new message, you have a success message then an error message displaying :
"Désolé ce forum n'existe pas ou a été supprimé"
Same problem when you try to acces this forum by normal way.
