Ownership and Access Documentation for Social Media accounts

To improve transparency and ensure proper documentation, I would like to clarify ownership and access for:

• NixOS Foundation Linkedin
• NixOS X
• NixOS Youtube

Currently, it is unclear who directly manages these accounts, and having this information documented would be beneficial for the community.

If anyone has relevant details on ownership or access, please add the credentials to Vaultwarden under the marketing team’s access or provide guidance on the next steps.

I have admin access to the YouTube account, but it's managed via YouTube. So we should probably document ownership here like we do with similar resources such as the Google calendar.
