[Bug] Speed loss on ramps

Sometimes the player can loose speed when going up a ramp. I see that there has been a previous change that possibly targeted this issue (maybe not) but after updating to the latest version, the issue is not fixed.

Any idea how to fix this issue? After some testing I was able to replicate the issue by turning at the exact moment that the player hits the ramp. It needs to be extremely precise but on maps like this, it tends to happen quite often.

Due to a feature of the game engine, an object's speed on inclined surfaces is higher than normal, so in the mod this is compensated by an artificial slowdown that pulls the kart downward. You can try slightly reducing the slowdown force by decreasing the number in this line:

->
vVelocity[2] -= GRAVITY * fDeltaTime * 1.0

I've tried multiple different values but no significant impact on the issue, the cars kept getting stuck constantly.
