Crash on linking device using QR code

When I try to link my phone (An HTC Vision running Cyanogenmod 7) it seems to successfully link but then crashes (Unexpectedly closed). What kind of info do I need to provide for you to be able to track this down?

Yes, I can confirm that.
I found out that this is because the QR Code doesn't read the URL with case sense.
