Download failing not handled correctly

When a download fails the application doesn't seem to take this into account.

For example, my SD card is full, and when I try a download Android says it failed instantly (No reason though). Sparkleshare will continue to say "Downloading..." on the button and actually offer to open the file after a while, which of course fails because there is no file.

This is a strange behaviour, because I'm actually checking if the download is successfull or not. I will try to reproduce this bug and submit a fix in case.
