TP time entries date does not match the date of the harvest entry

When finishing harvest entries from previous dates using a command such as `twotime finish -o 1` then the time entries entered into TargetProcess do not match the date of the harvest entries. I don't know if this is an actual problem or not but it would seem preferable for the dates to marry up
