Remove MXFUID class

It is not clear why the class MXF UID is needed since the only type of reference (Firm Reference) that can use UUIDs, ULs or UMIDs is implemented in MXF using AUIDs per ST 377-1, 4.1.

Suggest removing the MXFUID class.
