Describe the bug

Security Scanner workflow found some vulnerabilities,
The 1st part of vulnerabilities is already fixed.
In this Issue the remainder should be fixed, except "Spring Boot 3.x - related".

To Reproduce

Go to Actions / Security Scan Docker Packages.
Click on Run Workflow button on the top right corner.
Drop-down window appears.
Click on "Run workflow" button on the bottom - to test the latest release.
To test any docker image - paste a link to it into "Docker image" field, then click on "Run workflow" button.
