traffic classification error!!!

i run this program follow the https://github.com/NetFPGA/netfpga/wiki/TrafficClassification,but some error i can not solve it!
ex:when i run packetclassification.setup.sh, the computer will warn me,
:make ***[packetclassification] error
:can not delete *.mif files.
is there any way to fix it?
