Running `yarn test-sh` fails with timeout

Seems to have started happening after `ava` was updated to latest version.
All tests seem to be marked as succeeded but then there's a timeout that occurs during cleanup.
Some trial and error revealed that this timeout only occurs if at least one of the `watch` tests are performed.
