Objective

Unit tests here do not have a PR trigger, so they must be run manually in a stable release workflow.

Initial Implementation Requirements

  • add a PR trigger to the Unit Test automation for at least the master branch

Other Considerations

  • Other repos do this; just copy/paste one of those workflow files
