Drawer folders possible to add to home screen and keep them linked?

For example you have all your banking apps in a bank folder in the drawer, I'd like to take a copy of that folder and place it on the home screen as well as in the drawer and if I were to download another banking app and put it in that folder on the home screen it would sync with the folder in the drawer and vice versa? I know it's pretty insignificant but I had to ask
