I have separate feeds of a newspaper that quite often share articles. This leads to having the same item thrice in the same folder.
Offer a way to merge items / have them only once.

Hi!
i believe i am having the same issue with a news feed from The Register ( http://www.theregister.co.uk/security/headlines.atom )

is there a workaround for this kind of behavior yet?
