Status, current goal

Final adjustments before the mid-March mainnet rollout

Planned items:

• AS: Finilise the issues review, upgrades flow, merge CLI guide to the NEAR repo, hiring
• MF: upgrades flow, enable all tests, alerts for the bridge (on-call)
• KA: integration tests for eth-connector, NEAR-side of the connector work with Evgeny Ukhanov
• PAO: refactoring of the JS library

Done:

• AS: Reviewed issues in non-core repo, hiring
• MF: alerts for the bridge, prepared PR for the upgradability
• KA: PR on testing eth-connector
• PAO: refactoring of the JS library
