DView days not lining up in lifetime simulation with leap day file

For multi-year simulations or "PV simulation over analysis period" with a weather file that contains data for February 29, SAM seems to remove February 29 data for some years and not others, judging by graphs which show 2/29 for some years and 3/1 in the same position for other years.

The issue is a date time display problem in timeseries graphs in SAM, and does not reflect any difference between years in lifetime calculations. For weather files with leap years, Feb 29th is removed for simulation. I will change the date time display to not display any leap years. Until then, Feb 29th labels should be read as Mar 1. The Data tables tab provides actual dates.
