Lifetime matrix in annual or single value mode with subhourly time steps

Describe the bug

Cash flow revenue is incorrect for market prices assigned using the Lifetime Matrix UI widget in Annual mode.

To Reproduce

1. Create a default PVWatts / Merchant Plant case.
2. On the Location and Resource page, use the Advanced Download option to download a 15-minute weather file for any location.
3. Select the 15-minute weather file from the solar resource library.
4. On the Revenue page, on the Energy Market tab at the bottom of the page, click Edit lifetime data for energy market price for fixed cleared capacity.
5. For Mode choose Annual.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Simulate.
8. On Cash Flow tab, note energy market revenue ends in Year 7 instead of Year 25.

Expected behavior

Revenue should continue through analysis period for subhourly simulations when market prices are entered in any mode (Single Value, Annual, Monthly, Weekly, Daily, Hourly) in the Lifetime Matrix widget.

Operating System and Version

Tested in SAM 2025.4.16 r1 for Windows.
