feat: NICo core API should use SessionTokens

Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

Right now core uses Basic auth creds for:

• SiteExplorer
• Internal requests

It should be able to use Session tokens from Redfish SessionService

Feature Description

If supported, NICo core should be acquire SessionToken and use it intead of Basic Credentials. Would require full swtich to nv-redfish
