Just a quick update that we are still working on the code cleanup and performance improvement of FP8 CS attention in TE.

#2719 cleaned up some of the recipe management code in DPA while #2620 will provide a more systematic, cleaner way of managing FP8 recipes. Deprioritizing and closing this task for now - can reopen if there's a need. Thanks!
