Description:
Several platform and provider statuses are either missing, incorrectly labeled, or contradict PRD definitions:

• macOS — listed in README table but not explicitly marked as "caveated" with known limitations
• WSL2 — README line 62 marks it as "Supported target path", but PRD defines it as "Out of scope"
• Jetson / Windows native — never mentioned anywhere in docs
• Ollama — listed under experimental but not marked as "caveated" per PRD definition

Expected: All platform/provider statuses match PRD definitions.
Actual: Multiple mismatches as listed above.
