Would it be possible to add a Dockerfile to this repo? The current mamba setup works, but having a Docker container would make deployment much easier on cloud GPU instances.
La-proteina has quite a few dependencies (PyTorch 2.7, CUDA 11.8, torch_geometric, graphein, etc.) and getting everything working consistently across different systems is challenging. A container would solve this and improve reproducibility.
