Nexys 4 DDR not showing up in Vivado

Could I clarify how does Vivado Hardware Manager recognise the Nexys board? The board shows up on my Windows Device Manager with a relevant COM port but Vivado is unable to detect the board even after restarting Vivado.

As we discussed in the lab, most likely a firewall-related issue. Vivado talks to the hardware manager via TCP/IP. Reinstallation may be needed.
