Make mcmodels the default parametrization package for the mcsimpy model

Vessels and cyberships should have their hydrodynamic analysis and parameters produced and stored in this package, and then models like mcsimpy should read in necessary files from this package (through necessary preprocessing tools) to run the vessel simulations.
