vFunc Library: AssertionError: total.inStk.scaled failed the check. dfunc 'total.inStk.scaled' missing keys: {'impact_units'}

It looks like the ./IBI_2020/F – NRP Contents Damage/ curve libraries are all missing impact_units. This variable must have been added later and these curves never got updated (it should be $CAD, like the residential curves).

TODO: check for an update to these curve sets. at a minimum fix the fields.
