Describe the bug
File globbing error is producing incorrect results for river restart files. Script is incorrectly treating both physics_driver and river restart files together.

On gaea ...
module load fre-nctools/2024.05
tar -xvf /gpfs/f5/gfdl_b/scratch/Larry.Horowitz/ESM4/ESM4.5/AM4p5_v14_longamip/ncrc5.intel23-prod-openmp/restart/19790101.tar
combine_restarts -v
--> produces incorrect river.res.tile?.nc files
