Per JEDI-T20 issue #147, update filenames for conventional data and gpsro. Conventional includes ADPSFC, SFCSHP, ADPUPA. It also includes AIRCRAFT, which formerly was acft_profiles. It also includes the name change from gpsro to gnssro.
