update MOM6 and its cmake file list #2067
Description
@NeilBarton-NOAA and I are in the process of bringing the latest UWM to global-workflow (NOAA-EMC/global-workflow#4536).
We noticed that the develop branch of GDASApp is pointing to MOM6 's Jan 13 commit (hash 5b3f1204d) while the develop branch of UWM is pointing to Jan 27 commit (hash b4d9a232).
the following new files need to be added in mom6_files.cmake when update to latest MOM6 in GDASapp
- MOM6/src/framework/MOM_ANN.F90
- MOM6/config_src/drivers/nuopc_cap/mom_ufs_trace_wrapper.F90
- MOM6/config_src/drivers/unit_tests/test_MOM_ANN.F90
- MOM6/config_src/drivers/timing_tests/time_MOM_ANN.F90
among them (1) is a must while 2-4 may not be used by GDAS
The updating in g-w will need the updating of GDASapp at the same time.
