NMminer v2 (2.0.0.1) on software v1.8.22 stuck in boot loop and is not connecting to NMminer Flash ESPtool

Both my Miners are exibiting he same issues just constantly rebooting and taking a long time to do so, once booted it reboots.
I have tried Multiple known working USB C (data) cables including the included cables that came with the miners and the Flash tool will not connect.

Both of my devices are the esp32-2432s028r variety and have tried both st7789 and ili9341 types but neither will connect.
I use brave browser and should work as its chrome based but all i get when trying to connect is the following error message:

Error: Failed to execute 'open' on 'SerialPort': Failed to open serial port.

Since both devices are no longer performing their purpose and i am unable to flash them these thing have essentially become paper weights. Is there a fix for this issue?

Are you using a Windows PC?
What flasher did you use (the web or a flashing program)?
When you "connect" to flash do you get a pop-up asking you to choose a COM port?
Could be a driver issue.

The message seems to indicate you don't have that serial connection to the miner on whatever COM port.
Maybe post screen shots of your attempts to flash.

I have a similar device and I had to reduce the baud rate of the flasher for it to be consistent. Try a lower speed and see if it works better then.
