Caught the Error that causes the NMMiner to stop hashing jobs

I have set up 16 NMMiners.
They are all connected to the same SSID.
I have observed that some of the NMMiners appear to be offline.
Using a tool like Postman to execute the HTTP Requests, show the connection is refused.
Right now out of 16 NMMiners I have 4 out of 16 show Online.
If you look at the display of the NMMiner, it is happily churning along.

Is this expected behaviour?

When you say happily churning along, it is showing a hash rate > 0? And did you check the pool stats to see that it shows you have 16 workers?

Happily churning along, no. Once the miner has stopped responding the ESP32 2432S028R stops processing jobs. The job counter never increases. According to the Pool solobtc.nmminer.com, the unresponsive nmminers do not show up in the list.
I am running a mix of v2.0.01 and v2.0.02.

I was able to connect the Arduino IDE Serial Monitor to the NMMiner via USB-C port. Which shows me what the NMMiner Flash ESPTool displays. See if I can catch what is failing.

The web flasher has a console mode which shows you probably everything you need to see.

I caught the issue which causes this miner to get stuck in an endless loop and appears offline.

In my mimer farm of 16 NMMiners, I have 7 that are still online.

I believe I encountered this error on a different pool and it was something on the pool's side where they had locked something down too tightly and it was preventing all of my miners to connect and hash. I also believe I was getting the same error.

I am using solobtc.nmminer.com:3333 pool.
If this was the case, then none of my miners would connect to the pool. This is something else, in current run it processed 60 jobs before going south.

I am still running the broken miner inside the Arduino IDE Serial Montor. As you can see it's trying to resolve solobtc.nmminer.com but getting 0.0.0.0, where it should be resolving to 54.215.229.72. This would seem to suggest the entire network stack is broken.

You're not going to get access to the source code.
When this happened to me, a bunch of my miners connected, then I hit some limit and the rest of them would not connect and they got this same error I believe.

Can you try a different pool?

I had a similar issue with the Lora Heltec V2, when I loaded the correct firmware. I randomly tried flashing other compatible firmware from the list and bam, found a few that worked. Have you tried that?

This also could be a power issue. These little chips use a surprising amount of power. If you have 16 miners you may need to split them up and use multiple power/charger blocks.

I am loading the correct firmware. I am using esp32-2432s028r-st7789 which is correct for my board and display type.
