Rename UFS Atmospheric component, fv3atm, to ufsatm, or? #130
Description
Rename atmospheric component referenced in UWM from ufs-weather-model/FV3 -> ufs-weather-model/ATM or ufs-weather-model/UFSATM
Rename atmospheric component repository name from ufs-weather-model/fv3atm -> ufs-weather-model/atm or ufs-weather-model/ufsatm
This needs to be done by somebody with admin access on the NOAA-EMC/fv3atm repository.
There are probably cascading changes (e.g. in workflow and testing scripts) that need to be made associated with this.
Can be done at anytime, not reliant on MAPS development efforts.
