(Bug) Can't pick second currency in converter

When attempting to convert currency, you can pick the one you want to convert from but, no options show up for the currency you're trying to convert to.

A little long cause I fiddled with everything to show it was working otherwise.
Also confused by the weird bit at the end where it actually converted for the first time, though that's besides the point.
