MediaMonitor: add support for multiple types content handling #743

I have many users asking for following functional enhancement:

user inserts CDaudio/DVD/CDmp3/CDimages/DVD/Bluray
MythTV pop-ups dialog with selection of all relevant play/listen capabilities (e.g. CDdata with mp3 + band images)
user selects what user wants to do (e.g. play mp3 in MythMusic or watch images in MythGallery)
pressing enter on selection launches desired action (e.g. starts MythMusic)

As MVP demo I have patch in my distro which partially realises such functionality:

Above described use-case behaviour is just example.
Collaborative brainstorming how optimal behaviour should look like is much welcomed :-)
