"Duplicate Tool" is using the last connection you selected

Expected behavior: If you select "Duplicate Tool" you will get another instance of that Tool with the same connection
Actual behavior: If you select "Duplicate Tool" you will get another instance of that Tool with whatever connection you had most recently chosen, which may or may not be the same connection as the tool you duplicated.
