bug: Official Morphe patches selection is not remembered between sessions

Bug description

Every time I patch this app, I manually disable the "Official Morphe Patches" option because I do not want to use it.

However, when I come back later to patch the app again, the app does not remember my previous selection. The "Official Morphe Patches" option gets enabled again automatically, and I have to disable it manually every single time.

It would be helpful if the app could persist the last selected patch source/settings between sessions.

What you are writing is incorrect behavior that should not occur.
Try exporting the manager settings, the signing keys, clearing the manager data and importing back.

PS: The name Official Morphe patches has not been used for a very long time, so I think you had it installed a very long time ago and perhaps a database migration failure occurred.
