feat: swap saved apk with find APK when same version is selected

Feature description

If you're repatching an apk, but have the same version selected as the previous, swap the buttons so use saved apk is highlighted and at the top, while find APK is at the bottom. If no saved apk exists, then it wouldn't be swapped. This would also be an option in morphe settings, probably default being enabled.

Motivation

You likely already have the saved apk available, so swapping these buttons would add convenience, and you naturally want to tap on a highlighted button, so it would also help prevent unnecessary apk downloading
