Create a new script to generate the vial_label file and add

  • Create the new file in scripts
  • Add it as a second step after pp.R: output to plexedpiper_output_folder
  • Validate that copy_pipeline_results copy the file with both ppinputs and results option
  • Report change to OmicsPipeline
