Add features to Streamer.bot example actions

Such as:

• automatic predictions (& resolving them) (done in v1.1.0)
• polls for shop choice (hook into existing poll system, just need names for tech)
• Improve messages (some of those are... not helpful)
• Add fuel ship detection (done in v1.1.0)
• Add chat command(s) to quickly enable/disable event actions
