forge 1.20.1 doesnt seem to work properly

EffectMC is trying to create a config directory inside its own .jar file, which causes "java.io.IOException: Failed to create config directory" on Forge 1.20.1.

Even manually creating the folder doesn’t fix it. Please update the mod to use Forge’s config directory

• Launcher you're using
• (If possible) An export of the modpack you're using (or a list of mods)
