Description

We should make it possible to upload existing data for a generation.

I imagine the flow would look something like:

  1. Create a generation
  2. Load the dataset against that generation
  3. Validate the dataset

This is now uploading annotations / labeled data (which we're treating like a dataset until we iron out the flow and add Oxen back in).
