Feature Request: View pull requests across all projects.

This is a very nice plugin.

Any chance it could be extended to show ActivePullRequests not only on all Repos, but also across all projects and their respective repos?

Otherwise a developer working on multiple projects would still need to go through each project to see the PRs.

In other words, is there a way to have the plugin install a new "menu item" on the "root" welcome page? (there is already a "Pull Request" menu in there (which is near useless really); your extension would add "All Active Pull Requests" and have the same grid but with an additional "Team Project" column (one large grid so we could sort it).

(again if I find a way to test extensions I could help out doing a PR).
