最新稳定版在正常配置文件下可以全局测速了 但是如果在一个配置文件中用了 代理集proxy-providers（也就是多个远程机场订阅）就又无法全局测速了 点测速全部节点无速度
还有就是无法在某些网络下使用Hysteria2协议 导致Hysteria2节点都无法连接 之前2.10.1版本是可以连接的 之后的版本就不行了
