Deep PSyKAl-lite operators

The following deep operators I believe exist to calculate the operations within halo cells and be marked as clean after -

• invoke_deep_X_times_Y
• invoke_deep_X_divideby_Y
• invoke_deep_shift_mass

found in LFRic apps science/gungho/source/psy/psykal_lite_transport_mod. These are all called by science/gungho/source/algorithm/transport/common/transport_runtime_alg_mod.x90.

I could not find a relevant PSyclone issue for this. There was an attempt to avoid the need for the PSyKAl-lite code in LFRic #4302, however, this was closed.
