scripts/invoke.mjs has zero automated test coverage

Same gap as scripts/deploy.mjs's sibling issue: scripts/invoke.mjs's parseArg function (mapping address:G.../u32:123/i128:456 argv strings to ScVals) is pure, easily-unit-testable logic with zero coverage today — a good first target if the two scripts' test coverage is tackled together.
