代码版本是否正确，和论文中的描述不相符？

您好，想问问代码版本是否正确，看到很多地方貌似和论文中的描述不相符或缺失。

主要有以下问题：

1. 公共子图搜索部分是否有代码实现？只找到intermediate_fusion_dataset.py的gt_correct部分可能涉及了公共子图匹配，但是没看到论文中提到的方法。
2. gnn生成边特征的代码是否完善？代码中有关GNN的部分，都是单独出现，并没有被其他部分引用。

xd，你环境都装好了吗，他那个d3d部分的python setup.py install一直装不下来，然后感觉少了很多应该附带的东西，使用这个命令的时候一直报错这个：
