Greek Words should have an alphabetic menubar at the top

Turn off sortable on Greek words. If this is global then don't turn it off. Check
turn off if possible on Greek Words, Epithets, Personal Names.
Add menubar with alphabetic characters, also perhaps add the letter as a heading. Probably not
can't add it to all of them because they sort on different columns.
This one has custom sorting to handle diacritics.
